Varsity Head Coach: Calvin Dixon

Calvin was a former professional player for Stoke City F.C in England where he was a member of the youth team, before signing as an apprentice and then a full professional contract at the age of 18. Calvin was a starting Goalkeeper in the reserve squad for three years as a professional. He came to United States on a full scholarship to play College soccer at Lees-McRae in North Carolina. During his time at LMC, Calvin was a two time All-American and still holds records in shutouts, Save Percentage and Goals Against Average. In 2005 after playing at Lees-McRae for four years Calvin became the Assistant and Goalkeeper coach at the school. During his 3 year coaching career at the school they made the national tournament twice, once making it to the Sweet Sixteen and then the Elite Eight the following year. Both were the first times in school history. In 2008 Calvin married his wife Rebecca and moved to Merritt Island, Florida. Since moving here Calvin has coached at Merritt Island High School, Florida Tech, Eastern Florida College, Central Brevard Soccer Club and Space Coast United Soccer Club.
Along with his duties as Head coach of the Varsity Girls soccer team at Viera High School, he also coaches at Eastern Florida as the Goalkeeper Coach, and Space Coast United soccer club where he coaches the young Academy Goalkeepers and is the head coach of both the 03 Girls and the 02 Girls NPL teams.

Varsity Assistant Coach: Vince Laleau

Vince played most of his youth soccer career at Space Coast United. Upon graduating Highschool, he attended Eastern Florida State College, where he played on the inaugural Men’s Soccer Team in 2013. After leaving Eastern Florida State College, Vince was called up to training camp with the U23 Haitian National team and competed in the Olympic qualifiers with Haitian National team in 2015. Later that year, Vince received a trial from professional soccer team, ‘Club Atletico Banfield’ in Argentina. After a successful trial, Vince signed to play with Banfield’s reserve squad for one season. After Leaving Argentina, Vince had a short stint playing in the Netherlands with ‘JOS Watergraafsmeer’ in 2016 and upon conclusion decided to return to the states to pursue coaching. Since then, Vince has come full circle and has been coaching at Space Coast for 3 years. He is currently coaching the U11 and U12 Boys while also doing private training for players of all ages at the club.

Junior Varsity Head Coach: Matt Johnson

Matt has been playing and coaching soccer for over 15 years. He began playing soccer for Bitburg American High School in Bitburg, Germany, where he was goalkeeper for four years. He attended college at Weber State University. After he graduated with an English teaching degree, he began his teaching career at Sheridan High School in Sheridan, Wyoming. While there he was the boys JV Head coach and Varsity assistant for 7 years, and then he became the boys Varsity Head coach for 3 years. He also coached girls volleyball for 10 years.
As a soccer coach, he was selected as Wyoming JV Boys Coach of the Year 2011, the same year the Sheridan Boys Soccer team won their 1st (and so far only) state 4A championship. He has been a part of the coaching staff when Sheridan placed 2nd in the state tournament in 2010 and 2012. He was also head coach when Sheridan won the district championship in 2014 and took 3rd place in the 4A state tournament.
He was also an assistant varsity girls coach during the 2020-21 season at Heritage High School in Palm Bay, Florida.
Matt moved to Florida in 2019 and is currently an English teacher at Viera High School. He has a wife and 3 children.
